For kit and parts orders we can accept payment by cheque, postal order, credit/debit card.
If paying by cheque or postal order please make payable to Kingdom Trucks only.
All cheques must have your name, address, and bank card numbers filled out on the back. Please ensure all cheques are filled out correctly.

An order form can be downloaded here (word document or pdf file) printed off and posted to us.

Orders by Telephone:
Orders can be placed by phone for card payments.
Hours for contacting us are:
Monday to Thursday 9.30 AM to 8PM
Friday 9.30AM to 5PM
Saturdays 9 AM to 5PM
Sundays NO CALLS PLEASE
Orders by E-MAIL:
Before ordering by e-mail please contact us first to check stock availability. Kingdom Trucks does not have a secure e-mail address so therefore it is recommended that if you do want to place an order by e-mail to let us know first so we can expect your order and we advise you to split your card payments into several different e-mails to reduce the risk of losing card data.
All e-mails sent to Kingdom trucks with payment details are sent at your (the customers) risk and Kingdom trucks accepts no responsibility for lost card data. Once payments are made we delete your payment info from the computer and only keep a paper copy only for as long is necessary. All card payments in UK Sterling only.

Postage rates:
All orders are sent standard first class royal mail.
Orders can be sent recorded, registered or insured only if you the customer requests this services and the extra cost of this is charged for. It is the customers responsibility to insure their orders. If a tracking number is issued we will inform you of this by e-mail if requested.
We reserve the right to charge extra for orders that are overweight and are above the standard postal rate.
Delivery:
Orders will be processed as they arrive in. Orders are posted Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays. Where an item is out of stock you will be informed of this and when available, will be posted to you (no extra charge for postage).
Kingdom trucks is not a VAT registered company so cannot deduct the UK vat tax for overseas orders.
